My gift voucher has expired. What happens now?

The face value of your gift voucher remains valid indefinitely.

If your gift voucher includes a specific package or offer, then limited validity only applies to these items. The face value of the gift voucher is valid indefinitely.

If you have an access ticket that you received free of charge or a discount code, then the terms of validity are stated on the receipt or email that you received. It is not possible to modify or extend these validity conditions.
