I will arrive later than the specified arrival time – do I need to inform you?

We ask that you adhere to the specified arrival and departure times. If you made a reservation with treatments, adjusting the arrival time is only possible subject to availability and if the cancellation policies are met.

If you made a reservation without massages or beauty treatments, it is not a problem if you arrive later than the specified time in your reservation.
